A great fit for folks who want an affordable stereo for tailgaters or outdoor parties, the system is built around its top-loading CD player, which plays traditional audio CDs and CD-R/RWs along with MP3s recorded on CD. The device gives listeners access to more of their digital music library while also cutting down on CD cargo for road trips (the average CD-R holds 10 hours of compressed MP3 music). The CD player also boasts search and repeat (one or all) functions, along with a backlit LED display that details track and artist information. To complement the CD player, Coby included both an auto-stop cassette deck and an analog AM/FM tuner. The deck's two-way recording (CD and radio) sounds particularly good thanks to the one-touch automatic level control, which ensures consistent results regardless of the source. Meanwhile, the AM/FM radio offers an alternative for folks who enjoy talk programming and DJ playlists. | I was so amazed that COBY has made a product as good as this. It has Radio, Cassette, CD and MP3! All in one. Now I can record my Old Time Radio MP3s into cassettes. And the low price is so unbelievable. I just love this product and I thank J&R for their quick delivery and excellent packaging. |

| We have some MP3 CDs that will not play in some players. A piece of cake with this one. Good sound, size and weight. It is also portable. My wife really likes it. |

| I had checked at Wal-mart & Big lots for a radio that would utalize a tape plus a disc. The prices were quite a bit higher than Amazon. With the free shipping, it definitely was a savings. The quality & mechanics of this radio are good. Would definitely recommend this product. |
